What you'll do
Administer and provide escalation support for our SaaS platforms.
Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security: compliance for our Mac and Windows endpoints, using Jamf and Intune.
Own the lifecycle management across our core collaboration and endpoint management platforms.
Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve administrative efficiency: and user experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
Monitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively resolve or escalate issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Engineering, HR, Legal) to: ensure proper alignment and integration of SaaS tools with company infrastructure and processes.
What they're looking for
- Perform investigations/discovery across our systems for Legal and HR.
- Assist in vendor management and product evaluations.
- Drive solutions and project work.
- Onboard new applications for single sign-on.
