What you'll do
Manage and mentor a team of Commissioning Managers and Engineers, providing: direction, support, and professional development across multiple concurrent projects.
Oversee commissioning execution across your portfolio of data center builds,: expansions, and retrofits, holding the team accountable to schedule, quality, and scope.
Implement and uphold Crusoe's commissioning standards, templates, and: workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Oversee third-party commissioning agents and ensure your team is coordinating: effectively with design, construction, and operations stakeholders from pre-functional testing through turnover.
Review and approve commissioning documentation including test procedures,: scripts, MOPs, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure integrated system testing and reliability demonstrations for critical: MEP, and BMS/EPMS infrastructure are planned and executed to standard.
What they're looking for
- Track and report on commissioning progress, milestones, and risks across your: portfolio, escalating issues to the Director of Commissioning as needed.
- Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement of: commissioning processes and reduce time-to-market.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control are enforced at every stage of the commissioning lifecycle.
- + years of experience in commissioning data centers, mission-critical: facilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
