What you'll do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers for: insurance and risk management related needs or inquiries;

  • Contribute to and in some cases lead the development and execution of: insurance and risk management strategies related to the design, negotiation and implementation of certain insurance programs for Lucid Motors globally;

  • Lead the identification of risk within the organization and support the: business in determining appropriate risk financing alternatives;

  • Responsible for the annual insurance renewal process for certain insurance: programs, including the collection and assessment of exposure data and review of terms and conditions;

  • Provide risk advice in the review of contracts and other agreements to ensure: alignment and compliance with the company’s risk appetite and risk financing programs;

  • Oversee and manage claims emanating from the company’s operations and: evaluate insurance coverage applicability;

  • Work with Lucid’s insurance broker(s) and other key stakeholders to determine: insurance and risk financing program design and needs, globally;
  • Lead implementation of the Business Continuity Plan for the company and: manage and maintain the Plan for operational changes;
  • Lead and act as the primary risk and insurance contact for construction related activities, globally;
  • Manage broker and insurance relationships for programs that fall within the responsibilities of this position;
