Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team.

What they're looking for

  • Lead plan-level Quality Assurance (QA) and readiness reviews; identify and: remediate design or execution defects
  • Escalate material risks with clear recommendations and supporting analysis
  • Partner with Market Directors and Actuarial to monitor plan performance post-launch
  • Identify underperformance, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
