The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end plan design, including benefits, cost-sharing, and networks: while balancing member experience with affordability and operational constraints
Translate market strategy, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives into detail executable designs
Proactively identify design opportunities or risks based on market dynamics and performance insights
Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions and: proactively identify market risks or opportunities.
Serve as the primary product owner for assigned market filings, coordinating: cross-functionality with Actuarial, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams to ensure on-time accurate delivery
Ensure all designs are accurately reflected in filings, systems, and member-facing materials
What they're looking for
- Lead plan-level Quality Assurance (QA) and readiness reviews; identify and: remediate design or execution defects
- Escalate material risks with clear recommendations and supporting analysis
- Partner with Market Directors and Actuarial to monitor plan performance post-launch
- Identify underperformance, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
