The opportunity

We are looking for a Tax Provision Senior Manager to join our Tax Department to lead the tax provision process and ensure compliance with ASC 740. You will implement processes and procedures to compute the quarterly and annual income tax provision.

What you'll do

  • Build and develop processes for insourcing the accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)

  • Manage tax provision software implementation

  • Preparation of quarterly and annual worldwide accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)

  • Analyze financial forecasts to compute quarterly effective tax rate

  • Prepare forecasted tax balances to be provided to Financial Planning

  • Prepare worldwide FIN 48 analysis

  • Prepare tax related disclosures for financial statements
  • Assist in due diligence of potential M&A targets and related tax accounting matters
  • Prepare tax adjustments related to acquisitions and purchase accounting
