Senior Mission Software Engineer, EWActive$253K
The opportunity
Anduril's Electronic Warfare (EW) division builds next-generation electronic warfare platforms — hardware-enabled, software-defined systems operating at scale in contested environments. The team recently secured an $85M contract (first tranche of $125M) awarded in under 24 hours…
What you'll do
Own and drive the technical direction for one or more critical areas of the EW software stack
Architect and implement solutions that work reliably in production, at scale,: and in contested operational environments
Debug complex cross-system issues spanning embedded software, networking,: applications, and deployed infrastructure
Develop high-performance software: whether that's numerical algorithms for RF data, deployment automation, Lattice integration services, or operator tools
Drive engineering quality through architectural review, code review, testing: strategy, and operational practices
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, raising the bar for the team's technical capabilities
What they're looking for
