What you'll do
Lead and develop our Procurement Operations team, responsible for purchasing,: supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.
Own the end-to-end procurement operations process, ensuring ingredients and: packaging are delivered On Time, In Full, and In Quality (OTIFQ) to support uninterrupted production.
Drive inventory governance, ensuing product availability and operational: efficiency while minimising waste and stock risk.
Champion our zero-waste strategy through continuous optimisation of: purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs.
Partner closely with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and: Production to optimize purchasing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor procurement KPIs, purchasing data, and system accuracy, using: insights to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and drive operational improvements.

- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of procurement: performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and key operational KPIs.
