What you'll do

Translate complex legal analysis into clear, actionable guidance for: fast-moving product and engineering teams.
Proactively assess legal risks and advise product, engineering and business: teams building services that reshape how information moves across the Internet—and the laws that govern it.
Serve as a legal advisor to senior business leaders on the legal implications of product strategy.
Review and architect legal frameworks for technology transactions related: agreements, such as, technology partner agreements, inbound IP licensing agreements, and marketplace arrangements for Cloudflare’s developer platform.
What they're looking for
- Review marketing event agreements and support Cloudflare’s team with promotions and sweepstakes.
- Draft terms of service, disclosures, policies, and related processes.
- Apply privacy-by-design principles and partner with the privacy team on: data-flow reviews, PIAs, and other privacy deliverables.
- Solicit invention disclosures, support patent strategy, and protect Cloudflare’s trade secrets.
