What you'll do
Champion field research & validation: Spend time with customers in all markets to learn opportunities to improve the experience both as a restaurant employee and as a restaurant managing labour. Form a perspective on build versus partner.
Define, prioritize, and deliver a roadmap initiatives that improve the value: proposition of Toast by supporting critical labour operational workflows
Align Engineering, Security, Data, Research, Design, Care/Onboarding, and GTM: partners to de-risk delivery and adoption of new features in the employee management space.
Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure ROI of roadmap initiatives: and prioritize projects across markets.
Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing,: Sales, and Operations; identify commercial models that fit restaurants of different sizes.
~5+ years shipping complex software products with demonstrated ownership of a: major product portfolio in the employer management or payroll space
What they're looking for
- Proven track record taking a product from discovery through prototype and pilot to scale.
- Exemplary stakeholder management and ability to align external partners and: internal stakeholders, especially on high-visibility initiatives.
- Communication & influence. Clear, persuasive written and verbal: communication; able to synthesize technical tradeoffs and business value for executives and partners.
- At least a Bachelor's degree required.
