The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to join our team and driving improvements in our Electromagnetic Warfare products. The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements.

What you'll do

  • Own the elimination of product risk to improve reliability across the product: lifecycle with a key focus on PCBA product quality. Lead Quality activities from concept through development and manufacturing to field use.

  • Define, execute, and continuously improve product and process requirements.: Partner with production to establish and refine incoming material inspection, process control plans, and end of line test to capture the essential quality requirements for successful customer shipments.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment to define and execute product quality: requirements. Serve as the quality authority for your product line, influencing engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program stakeholders.

  • Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB): activities for critical PCBA and system level interactions. Coach junior engineers on investigation methodology. Review the effectiveness of actions and drive lessons learned across the product team and broader quality organization.

  • Lead containment actions to segregate nonconforming parts on the production: line. Establish containment protocols and ensure rapid response across shifts and work centers.

  • Lead product health data analysis and improvement activities. Define quality: metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences. Support customer quality issues and refurbishment testing and quality control.

What they're looking for

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Experience with RF test systems, data collection, analysis, and optimization for production control
  • Defense, national security or RF communication systems familiarity through industry or education
  • Delivered electronics warfare, RF or electronics products into production
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with low volume, high complexity manufacturing
