What you'll do

• Lead Production Operations: Oversee the production of a product line, managing a team of talented technicians to ensure efficient production and delivery of imaging hardware.

• Drive Daily Production Goals: Strategically manage a production plan which solves for the desired production performance outcomes. Tactically direct daily operations to meet target on-time delivery goals.

• Champion Quality & Safety: Ensure quality and safety standards are followed, minimizing defects and fostering a safe working environment.

• Develop & Mentor Talent: Actively coach, mentor, and support production technicians, fostering professional growth and cross-training within the team.

• Lead Continuous Improvement: Implement 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.

• Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate priorities, production progress, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

What they're looking for

• + years experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production,: with 3+ years in a senior production management role.
• Proven expertise with ERP and MES systems, coupled with a deep understanding: of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs).
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation (drawings, schematics,: WIs) and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship.
