The opportunity

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U. S.

What you'll do

  • Ensure RF designs comply with relevant military and commercial communication: system standards and protocols, and support spectrum authorization/certification processes for military RF systems.

  • Evaluate designs against SAR and military RF exposure limits, coordinating testing as needed.

  • Assess coexistence and desense between onboard radios (e.g., UWB, GNSS, LTE): — distinguishing conducted vs. radiated coupling paths — and recommend mitigations for cross-band interference and antenna detuning.

  • Bench and chamber test RF hardware and antennas (e.g., using VNAs, spectrum: analyzers, signal generators, and antenna/anechoic chambers) to validate performance against requirements.

  • Partner with EMC and mechanical engineering to root-cause field or test: failures that span RF, electrical and mechanical domains.

  • Design RF circuits and subsystems, including front-ends, amplifiers, filters,: and transceivers; perform link budget and system-level RF analysis, including receiver saturation and sensitivity trade-offs.

What they're looking for

  • Design and integrate antennas and antenna arrays, balancing RF performance: against mechanical and system constraints, including connector/mechanical interface tolerances.
  • Support GPS/GNSS receiver design and integration, including active antenna: bias circuits, filtering, and interference immunity.
  • Utilize 3D EM simulation tools and S-parameter analysis to model and optimize RF and antenna performance.
  • Review schematics and CAD designs for RF performance, signal integrity, and manufacturability.
