- Proven ability to design and operate web architecture at scale , specifically: with systems handling significant request volumes.
- Demonstrated ownership of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and: experience with "NoSQL" backends such as Redis, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- A commitment to software craft , with a pride in writing readable, well-designed, and thoroughly tested code.
