+ years of industry experience in software development.
Experience building reliable developer tooling in Go.
Experience working with Ruby and maintaining or improving existing tooling.
What they're looking for
- Experience leveraging Agentic AI to improve software development workflows and drive large scale migrations.
- Experience identifying and addressing inefficiencies in AI agent workflows to: improve execution time, token efficiency, reliability, and quality.
- Experience working in medium: to large-scale codebases.
- iOS development experience in Swift, including building applications, libraries, and frameworks.
