What you'll do
Architect, build, and operate resilient, highly scalable distributed systems: and backend services across Robinhood Wallet, Tokenization, and Web3 platform infrastructure, with correctness, fault tolerance, and auditability as hard requirements.
Drive the architectural strategy and technical execution bridging traditional: financial infrastructure (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) with on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows.
Provide technical leadership on large-scope, ambiguous engineering: initiatives, breaking down complex multi-quarter efforts into clear architectural milestones.
Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Security, and cross-functional: leadership to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-impact solutions.
Champion engineering excellence by mentoring engineers, leading rigorous: design and code reviews, and raising the bar for system reliability, observability, and operational rigor across teams.
