What you'll do
Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories: including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy: development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure: the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost: savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
What they're looking for
- + years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
- Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional: stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
