What you'll do
Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs.
Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast’s R&D and/or G&A functions.
Manage and prioritize the review of substantial inbound application volume: using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), identifying top-tier candidates quickly.
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in all aspects of the recruitment: process, balancing the needs of the business with candidate experience.
Skillfully navigate complex and ambiguous hiring scenarios, effectively: partnering with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive decision-making.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular recruiting: syncs, effective communication, and subject matter expertise.
