What you'll do
Manage day-to-day service operations and coordinate maintenance and repair: activities in accordance with contract requirements.
Supervise, schedule, and provide technical direction to service technicians: performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs.
Actively participate in field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair: activities alongside service technicians as needed to support contract requirements and daily operations.
Conduct and oversee quality control inspections of building systems, equipment, and completed work.
Monitor work order performance and ensure work is completed accurately,: timely, and with required documentation.
Coordinate personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractor support: necessary to accomplish contract requirements.

- Monitor service activities for compliance with the Performance Work Statement: (PWS), quality standards, and established procedures.
- Communicate with customers, management, technicians, and subcontractors: regarding work status, priorities, scheduling, and operational concerns.
- Promote compliance with applicable safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities and changing operational requirements while: maintaining effective organization and workflow.
