What you'll do
Receives work order requests from the customer.
Keeps record of service calls and work orders. Records information into Maximo.
Tracks the status of the work orders.
Dispatch and distribute work orders to technicians upon customers’ requests: for service. Relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews.
Close work orders upon completion.
Maintain radio coverage for the FMS Help Desk throughout the assigned shift,: except during scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
What they're looking for
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and other reports as requested or required.
- Correspond with the customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
- Consistently produces quality products and service.
- Completes all training within required timeline.
