The opportunity
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U. S.
What you'll do
Enable network expansion through installation of both hardware and software: in support of Anduril customer missions
Troubleshoot complex installation issues, driving short term resolution and identifying long term solutions
Be familiar with Anduril system capabilities as a data and applications: platform and be able to educate customers
Participate in customer demonstrations and exercises
Work with site reliability engineers to provide and refine requirements for: tooling and systems to support customer outcomes
Work with mission software engineers to ensure supportability of custom system integrations

- Comfort with operating independently in isolated, austere, and dynamic: environments while being the sole representative of Anduril
- Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of: developing and deploying autonomous weapon systems across network enclaves
- Extensive hands-on field operations and systems administration experience
- Administration experience in networking, storage, and operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems in ambiguous environments to enable customer mission success
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and external customers
- Experience performing data-driven root cause analysis on complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
