What you'll do

• years of hands-on experience in social media management or community: management (developer or AI communities preferred).

• Sharp judgment on what's worth a reaction and what to ignore, plus a track: record of content or narratives that actually traveled.

• Strong excellence in data and analytics, you confidently track metrics,: interpret performance, create reports/dashboards, and use insights to guide execution and optimization.

• Self-starter mindset: comfortable proactively identifying trends and opportunities, then recommending actions or ideas to the team.

• Creative thinker who generates fresh content ideas and approaches while staying on-brand.

• Hands-on experience actively engaging and growing communities (Discord, Reddit, X, forums, etc.).
