What they're looking for
- Experience writing web-based applications in any modern language (Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, or Rust).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Familiarity with web architecture at scale , ideally handling high-traffic environments (20krpm and above).
- Exposure to NoSQL data backends or caching layers like Redis, DynamoDB, or ElasticSearch.
