What you'll do
Build backend services and APIs for the Earnings Dashboard and other payments: features that help Hosts grow their income and drive Airbnb revenue.
Translate product, compliance and regulatory requirements into clean, well-tested code.
Build the data and services behind Host performance metrics, recommendations: and reports, and keep them accurate and fast for Hosts of every size.
Implement experimentation, logging and metrics so Product and Data Science: can test changes and measure their impact on Hosts and the business.
Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal and other: engineering teams to deliver projects that grow the business.
Use data to find gaps in conversion, Host engagement and reliability, and drive fixes and improvements.
What they're looking for
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and operational improvements across the team.
- Architect and implement complex features, focusing on data-driven decision: making and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional partners across the: organization to understand and prioritize technical requirements.
