What you'll do
Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and understanding of customer needs
Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
Can help lead large projects from idea to positive execution
Unblock, support and communicate with external and internal partners to achieve results
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and promoting: appropriate tech and engineering best practices
What they're looking for
- + years of software engineering experience with high-level programming: languages; experience with Python and Go is a plus.
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong background in distributed systems, and proficient in relational or NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in designing, debugging, and managing fault-tolerant,: highly available, large-scale distributed systems.
