What you'll do
Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test: scripts for software & firmware products
Perform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testing with hardware-in-the-loop
Identify, document, and track software/firmware defects
Collaborate with developers to debug issues and verify fixes
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies
Create comprehensive validation plans to include clear pass/fail criteria and: adherence to relevant industry standards, ensuring precise traceability from design requirements to specific test procedures.
What they're looking for
- Basic proficiency in Python or other coding languages
- Familiarity of automated testing frameworks such as Pytest
- Automated UI testing tools like Playwright or Selenium is a plus
- Experience validating designs intended for harsh or deployed environments (ruggedized, airborne, or space).
