What you'll do
Own day-to-day treasury and banking operations including bank account: funding, balance monitoring across all Coinbase legal entities, and liquidity forecasting.
Execute daily customer payment processing across multiple fiat rails,: ensuring timely and compliant settlement.
Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues by conducting root-cause: research and coordinating with banking partners.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test and launch new payment rail integrations.
Collaborate with internal compliance, legal, and finance teams to fulfill regulatory and banking requests.
Serve as a primary operations contact for banking partners, triaging issues: related to fiat rail integrations and customer payments.
What they're looking for
- years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking: with hands-on exposure to money movement across multiple payment rails.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ACH and multi-rail payment processing; AAP or: NACHA certification strongly preferred.
- years of experience managing relationships with third-party vendors, banking: institutions, or internal cross-functional partners.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities and deliver accurate,: detail-oriented work in a high-volume payment operations environment.
