What you'll do
Build, maintain, and optimize Connect integration pipelines between source systems and Xactly.
Partner with non-technical stakeholders (comp analysts, finance ops), Sales: Compensation, Accounting, Sales, and IT to define data requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, failed Connect jobs, data: mismatches, and pipeline errors before commission runs.
Document pipeline configurations, field mappings, and transformation logic so: the next developer doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.
+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience, specifically with data: pipelines, transformations, and scheduling.
Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA.
What they're looking for
- Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries,: alongside familiarity with ETL concepts and flat-file/SFTP data exchange patterns.
- Experience with source system integrations such as SFDC, Workday, NetSuite, or similar CRM/HCM/ERP platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, recognizing that errors in comp data have a direct pay impact.
- Nice to Have: Xactly certification(s), knowledge of ICM/SPM processes (quota, territory, crediting, payment cycles), scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or shell) for Connect job automation, and familiarity with data warehousing or BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, etc.).
