What you'll do

  • Support all phases of corporate transactions, including M&A, ventures and: equity and capital raising transactions

  • Support public company readiness and securities law compliance initiatives

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve disclosure controls and: procedures in coordination with finance, investor relations and other internal stakeholders

  • Prepare and review board and committee materials and advise on board-related governance matters

  • Prepare governance and compliance policies and procedures, including updates to such policies and procedures

  • Review and advise internal stakeholders with respect to investor: presentations, offering materials, public announcements, press releases, and other corporate communications

What they're looking for

  • Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives as needed, with a focus: on corporate-governance, disclosure and public-company reporting considerations
  • Advise on antitrust and competition law aspects of M&A, as well as provide: global antitrust and competition counseling.
  • Lead international subsidiary management, including formation and maintenance: of domestic and international subsidiaries
  • Establish and execute OKRs to continuously improve processes for scaling: legal support for general corporate matters
