What you'll do
Solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving: techniques for inverter power electronics & associated software interface
Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance: due to process deviations or critical part quality issues
Establish technical depth to troubleshoot all Inverter Power Electronics: components and associated interface EOL test equipment/test specifications
Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for Inverter Power: Electronics assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for Inverter: Power Electronics & associated test specification in the manufacturing plant
Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering activities
What they're looking for
- Advice on build process development and possible improvements for high volume production lines
- Lead product change management to address known product compatibility issues: for high volume production or known product design issues in production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams where appropriate
- Structured product problem-solving and root cause analysis using industry-standard techniques
- Advanced data analysis using statistical methods and tools such as Minitab, JMP, Python, and MATLAB
