What you'll do
Own full material compliance strategy and execution for all Starlink: hardware, including Full Material Declarations, BOM analysis, and supply chain data management
Lead RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, and global compliance programs
Manage material data systems and drive supplier data collection and validation
Conduct risk assessments on new components and materials and provide clear: compliance direction to design, sourcing, and teams
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regulatory files for global environmental compliance
Stay ahead of emerging regulations and translate them into actionable requirements for Starlink
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, materials: science, environmental science, chemistry, or other STEM discipline
- + years of experience in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume: consumer electronics, industrial equipment, or information technology equipment
- + years of direct experience in materials & environmental compliance for: high-volume electronics (consumer electronics, IT, or automotive strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and Full Material Declaration processes
