What you'll do

  • Own full material compliance strategy and execution for all Starlink: hardware, including Full Material Declarations, BOM analysis, and supply chain data management

  • Lead RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, and global compliance programs

  • Manage material data systems and drive supplier data collection and validation

  • Conduct risk assessments on new components and materials and provide clear: compliance direction to design, sourcing, and teams

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regulatory files for global environmental compliance

  • Stay ahead of emerging regulations and translate them into actionable requirements for Starlink

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, materials: science, environmental science, chemistry, or other STEM discipline
  • + years of experience in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume: consumer electronics, industrial equipment, or information technology equipment
  • + years of direct experience in materials & environmental compliance for: high-volume electronics (consumer electronics, IT, or automotive strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and Full Material Declaration processes
