What you'll do
+ years of experience in software quality engineering, software integration,: field quality, systems engineering, vehicle integration, software validation, product quality, or a related technical discipline.
BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,: Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience investigating software-related issues in production environments: and driving root cause resolution across cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of embedded software systems, vehicle networks,: cloud-connected services, diagnostics, and software deployment processes.
Experience analyzing system logs, diagnostic data, telemetry, software: traces, and performance metrics to identify software failure mechanisms.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, release management: processes, software validation, and defect management systems.
What they're looking for
- Experience working with software, systems, and hardware engineering teams to: resolve complex integration issues.
- Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D,: RCCA, Fishbone Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, and data-driven root cause investigation techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
