What you'll do

• Own the global sourcing strategy for Vehicle Accessories (e.g., floor mats,: cargo solutions, covers, adapters, lifestyle accessories)

• Coordinate the definition of the supplier selection strategy , including: make/buy, single vs. dual sourcing, regional vs. global supply models

• Partner with Engineering and Design to influence supplier capability alignment, and cost targets

• Lead RFQ strategy, supplier down-selection, and business award recommendations

• Independently lead complex negotiations covering piece price, tooling,: NRE/EDT, MOQs, lead times, and warranty terms

• Own and manage Accessories-related MSAs, SOWs, and long-term agreements

What they're looking for

• Act as the primary commercial escalation point for accessories suppliers
• Ensure supplier commercial compliance with Lucid policies and accessory business requirements
• Partner with SQE and Engineering on APQP, PPAP, Run@Rate, and launch readiness for accessory programs
• Ensure Accessories suppliers meet quality, timing, and branding expectations
