What you'll do

  • Lead launch and production support activities for vehicle interior and exterior systems.

  • Support prototype, pilot, pre-production, and Start of Production (SOP) builds.

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, fit and finish,: gap and flush, craftsmanship, manufacturing, and supplier-related issues.

  • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, Program: Management, and Design Engineering teams to ensure successful vehicle launches.

  • Track, prioritize, and drive closure of launch issues while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

  • Support process improvements focused on quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
