What you'll do
Be a trusted advisor to Public Sector stakeholders by providing timely,: business-oriented compliance guidance that helps unblock deals and GTM execution across international markets.
Lead localization of our Public Sector compliance guidance for priority: countries/regions, translating global principles into locally workable approaches while keeping standards consistent across jurisdictions.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver clear guardrails and options that: support growth while appropriately managing risk.
Build reusable playbooks, templates, and enablement so that teams can move: faster with greater confidence and less reinvention across regions.
Lead internal investigations as needed–this is anticipated to be a smaller: portion of the role but may vary by business needs.
Help define ‘how we work’ internationally by improving consistency and: clarity across jurisdictions, so stakeholders know what to do, when to escalate, and how to proceed responsibly.
What they're looking for
- Qualified attorney in good standing in an EMEA jurisdiction with several: years of post qualification experience (mix of in-house/law firm experience preferred).
- Experience advising on public sector procurement/government contracting or: related compliance issues in EMEA; comfortable navigating multi-jurisdiction complexity.
- Strong builder mindset: you enjoy turning complex fast-moving ambiguous issues into scalable guidance and systems (templates, playbooks, enablement) that teams can actually use.
- Investigations experience is a plus (scoping, interviews, evidence: management, clear written outputs), with sensitivity to local requirements and practices.
