What you'll do
Integrate new regulatory programs, working with established personnel and: resources within the company to ensure on-site compliance is achieved prior to, during, and after construction of new projects
Integrate all existing permitting on site, working with established personnel: and resources within the company to document, complete, and archive existing permitting and site planning documents
Ensure compliance consists of local, state, and federal requirements;: including but not limited to environmental, building code, real estate/ zoning, and safety
Support master planning efforts on site to ensure new developments are scaled: correctly and efficiently to meet company goals
Develop efficient tools for reporting and auditing site compliance
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a regulatory field including civil, architectural, environmental, or legal
