What you'll do
Coach safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through adherence to standardized work
Supervise production team members during the production build and interface: with Process and Maintenance Engineers to improve manufacturing performance in the Powertrain (Drive Unit) shop
Manage material claims and support the development of a robust supplier quality system
Monitor safety incidents and act as the first responder when required
Conduct process confirmation to ensure the line operates safely, smoothly, and produces high-quality parts
Support continuous improvement initiatives and coach problem resolution at the appropriate level
