What you'll do
Maintain accuracy and audit bills of materials in MRP systems in preparation for production at rate
Establish and manage inventory level targets, review line of balances, align: demand and supply signals and allocations, maintain product master data, and develop expertise in in-house systems and reports
Mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply by constructing and executing a: well-thought-out supply plan that fulfills the needs of the product on time and with quality
Be an expert in MRP, triage the signals and understand the matrix, then apply: your knowledge to educate the teams we support in the proper use of MRP and its benefit to the business
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality organizations to: determine change cut-in, reduce obsolescence of material, and eliminate or reduce quality issues
Partner with internal stakeholders on implementing advanced supply chain: strategies for risk mitigation, such as long-term purchases and strategic safety stock

- Proactively manage inventory and prevent stockouts while optimizing the: utilization of Starshield working capital
- Develop and maintain good relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and: supply chain teams to enable the mission
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and government regulations
- Proactively update Starshield management and engineering teams on all critical supply issues
