What you'll do

• Create and manage garment specifications and standards within the Product: Lifecycle Management (PLM) system for designated product categories.

• Oversee the product journey from the concept stage (initial style: development) to the final production approval. This includes developing garment fit, construction, grading, and trim using tech packs, flat patterns, and fit comments

• Build tech packs with garment specifications, construction details, and: digital patterns for factories to create samples.

• Inspect samples to ensure they meet company quality standards.

• Communicate revisions to factories through fit comments, updating specs,: patterns, construction details, and sketch.

• Execute fit comments promptly to keep the fit process aligned with production timelines.

What they're looking for

• Review graded nest patterns and issue grading guidelines to vendors post-fit: approval to maintain consistent fit and quality.
• Partner with Quality Control to creatively solve quality control issues
• Bachelor’s Degree
• + years experience in Technical Design
