The opportunity

As a Sr. Enablement Specialist at Databricks, you will apply your expertise in enablement to lead the design, rollout, and adoption of enablement programs for Databricks Technical Support Engineers, including collaboration with Support leaders and SMEs and/or Technical Curriculum Developers.

What you'll do

  • Use your Databricks and Enablement expertise to lead the design, curate, and: maintain enablement programs for Databricks Technical Support

  • Work with subject-matter-experts and technical enablement specialists to: scope needs for new courses and updates to existing ones

  • Drive improvements in Support KPIs through successful enablement programs (lagging indicators)

  • Experience with enablement programs for technical audiences

  • Experience with technical support best practices

  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
