What you'll do

  • Lead assembly and teardown of HV battery modules and packs, including cell: integration, busbar and coolant systems, enclosure sealing, and diagnostic inspection.

  • Support validation and lifecycle tests, operating automation systems,: CAN-based tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment.

  • Analyze test data, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide feedback to: engineering for design and process improvements.

  • Investigate and resolve high-priority HV battery concerns, supporting R&D teams.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on battery related projects.

  • Mentor and train junior technicians, driving adherence to safety and best practices.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience in automotive, EV, or HV battery systems as a technician.
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field, ASE certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in HV battery assembly, electrical diagnostics, CAN communication, and safe handling practices.
  • High voltage certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently, mentor peers, and interface cross-functionally.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts and travel up to ~20%.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical reporting tools.
