What you'll do
Serve as the on-site mechanical subject matter expert for all commissioning: activities, serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues across all project phases.
Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and O&M documentation to ensure: alignment with design intent and project specifications.
Ensure Owner Project Requirements (OPR) remain aligned with commissioning: scope throughout the project lifecycle, tracking changes and maintaining traceability to project objectives.
Oversee third-party commissioning agents (CxA), including scope development,: performance management, deliverable tracking, and activity oversight such as factory witness testing and startup validation.
Identify equipment requiring factory testing and coordinate with the: procurement team to schedule vendor testing activities.
Review and validate factory test procedures for compliance with project: specifications prior to execution; oversee Factory Witness Testing (FWT) for off-site manufactured equipment.
What they're looking for
- Review and approve commissioning documentation including the Cx Plan, L2–L5: test scripts, reports, and turnover packages.
- Oversee quality control processes including first-of-kind inspections and installation validation.
- Drive issue identification, troubleshooting, remediation, and formal closure across all commissioning phases.
- Ensure all commissioning activities: both static and dynamic testing — align with approved plans and performance standards.
