What you'll do
Own electrical design and design review for production equipment and facility: power at Anduril’s Solid Rocket Motor plant in McHenry, MS
Set and enforce internal electrical standards, drawing conventions, and code compliance across the facility
Review and red-line contractor and integrator electrical packages, including: panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and load calculations
Coordinate with facilities, construction, and outside engineering firms on: power distribution, branch circuits, grounding, and equipment hookup
Specify electrical equipment including transformers, disconnects, breakers,: VFD feeds, and control power for new and modified production lines
Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 70E, and hazardous location: requirements for energetic material handling areas
What they're looking for
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical failures,: ensuring rapid resolution and long-term reliability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, reduce: downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor engineers and technicians on electrical design practice and safe work standards
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
