What you'll do
Own the end-to-end product experience of SumUp's super app and web dashboard,: raising the bar on UX quality, information architecture, and navigation across core merchant-facing surfaces
Identify and execute on activation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention: opportunities that drive measurable engagement and long-term value for merchants
Maintain and evolve the company-wide design system used by all product teams
Manage internal stakeholders and oversee mobile and web platforms to improve: delivery speed and developer experience
Own the product strategy to make SumUp's super app and web dashboard the most: indispensable tools for running a small business — used and loved by merchants globally
