What you'll do
Define, articulate and drive the execution of the technical vision and: strategy for the entire product area, securing necessary buy-in from stakeholders
Remain hands-on, leading the development of complex, critical-path components
Driving application performance improvement for big data
Play an active role in product discussions to shape roadmaps, ensuring: technical feasibility aligns with business goals
Set an example for technical excellence through rigorous design reviews,: setting high coding standards, and taking action to improve developer experience
Mentor and grow teammates while helping to define a fun and inclusive engineering culture
