The Claude Platform is growing rapidly and serves developers and enterprises at scale. Reaching the next tier of enterprise customers requires transforming how and where we deploy it, as well as the set of features we support out of the box.
What you'll do
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform: engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building: solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to adopt by our customers
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team: technical projects from design through production and can do so independently.
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) at scale: and/or Enterprise SaaS experience in a multi-tenant context, with background in security, compliance or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments.
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems language
