What they're looking for
- As part of the Tax Engineering team at Airbnb, you'll help build an: extensible tax platform designed to support Airbnb's global growth and ensure compliance. Your work will focus on improving the accuracy, latency, and reliability of Airbnb's host-facing tax systems, and on leading engineers through significant architectural changes. You'll also have the opportunity to shape the team's technical roadmap and long-term strategy, helping decide not just how we build but what we take on and in what order. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders across the organization. You'll bring a strong problem-solving mindset and deliver thoughtful solutions to the complex challenges of global taxation.
