What you'll do
Define and drive the strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experience,: account management, and other horizontal product experiences.
Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams: to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive product-led growth.
Lead architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and simplicity across core user flows.
Hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences.
Drive best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews,: code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams developing vertical product: experiences (Lakehouse Platform, SQL Warehouse, AI/BI Dashboards) and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation.
What they're looking for
- + years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
- + years of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
- Expertise in Front End or Full Stack development.
- Experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms, onboarding flows,: or customer growth-focused product experiences.
