- Support global governance of team member relations policies and practices by: interpreting employment laws and regulations and providing guidance on inquiries across jurisdictions.
- Progressive team member or employee relations experience, including: independently leading complex, multi-party workplace investigations.
- Working knowledge of United States employment law relevant to team member: relations, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission processes.
