What they're looking for

• Own the “last mile” of launching factories, offices, and secure spaces.: Partner with Construction Project Managers and Facilities Managers to drive construction punchlists down to zero open issues, guarantee Production teams have all the infrastructure they need, and ensure facilities are properly integrated with teams like physical security, network engineering, and more.
• Prepare crisp briefings to senior executives, providing general updates and: expediting decisions on large projects.
• Project manage across many stakeholders. If you don’t like being the person: leading meetings with large groups of people or managing large Slack channels to wrangle stakeholders towards a solution, this may not be the role for you.
• Take on high-stakes, executive-facing special projects, which can: occasionally reach beyond strict D&C into Space Planning, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, and other fields as needed.
