What you'll do
Define and implement the India operating strategy in alignment with APAC &: global objectives and regional priorities.
Drive execution across key markets, ensuring consistency while adapting to: local needs, regulations, and market dynamics.
Partner with global leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources,: and ensure strong execution in-region.
Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operating cadences to track performance and inform decision-making.
Build and optimize scalable processes across business lines, including: consumer, product, partnerships, and other key functions.
Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
